Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
Orders for prescription lenses, customized eyewear, or made to order products are processed immediately after confirmation.
Such orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing or lens processing has begun.
VEWOM Lenses reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Any situation beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled by VEWOM Lenses after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
